Hi, I'm Morgan Kelly—a Luxury Beauty Educator, Makeup Artist, and Licensed Esthetician with a passion for empowering others through education and artistry!

My journey began as a biologist, where my fascination with the science behind ingredients first took root. Today, I bring over 15 years of experience as a makeup artist and beauty educator, specializing in perfecting skin and creating timeless beauty. My expertise lies in guiding brands to elevate their education strategies, helping their teams, trainers, and partners embody my approach to beauty education.

Whether it’s through training your educators to teach with confidence and authenticity or helping your team connect more deeply with clients, I’ll bring the same artistry, science, and proven techniques that have shaped my own career. From special occasions to film/TV, fashion, and editorial work, my journey has been rooted in using luxurious and effective products to inspire confidence, authenticity, and empowerment. I love teaching, inspiring, and guiding both clients and beauty professionals, helping them refine their skills, elevate their expertise, and unlock their full potential. Whether it’s mentoring beauty teams to deliver world-class education or helping trainers embody my philosophy, my goal is to empower others to master their craft and take their beauty journey to the next level.

My approach is rooted in simplicity and effectiveness: choose ingredients that are good for the skin and, most importantly, deliver real results. From an artistry perspective, I focus on perfecting and enhancing skin to celebrate each individual’s natural beauty.

When I’m not working, I’m at home in Tennessee, cherishing time with my husband and our two wonderful daughters.
